varioshell
A corrugated cardboard format and a little film - optimum protection is achieved with this minimum of material. The packaged product is suspended between the two films, which adapt to the contour of the packaged product and secure it gently. varioshell is particularly suitable for packaging highly-sensitive, technical goods and spare parts.

The two bonded membrane pads are optionally available with a seal, enabling the packaged product to be stored securely even without the surrounding box. Inserting varioshell into the surrounding box is simple. varioshell can be re-used and requires little storage space. The packaging process takes just a few seconds.

Raise the two flat flaps and fold
the supporting tabs in. Then
hook the four side parts at the
supporting tabs.

The packaged product is
suspended between the
membranes and is perfectly
protected.

Thanks to the supporting tabs'
inclined position, inserting or
removing the packaged
product is very simple.
