varioproof

varioproof is particularly suitable for light to medium-heavy packaged products which have to be padded and secured for shipping.

Depending on its size and shape, the packaged product may weigh up to 6 kg. The PE film which is used has been developed specifically for variowell, to meet the most demanding requirements.

varioproof can be re-used and requires little storage space. The packaging process takes just a few seconds.





Simply fold up the flat tray's
flaps and place the packaged
product under the relaxed film.

Then fold both flaps down:
The film is tensioned and secures
the packaged product on the tray.

Fold the supporting flaps up 90° and
place the finished inner packaging
into the box.
