Flat screen packaging
The romwell TFT/LCD packaging combines outstanding characteristics: This pure corrugated cardboard solution adapts to different screen sizes and shapes, from 14" to 19" screens, but always retains the same exterior dimensions. The system is fast and guarantees maximum safety. It is therefore particularly suitable for the service sector.

The interior packaging is comprised of a floating base and a securing format. An optional enclosure may also be used. The packaging is UPS-certified.

The contact edge in the floating
base is raised and engages. The
monitor is placed on this edge.
The top and side tabs are
successively folded around the
monitor. The tabs wrap snugly
around the monitor housing.

With the supporting tabs facing
down, the unit is now placed into
the box.
|
The securing format is finally
pressed onto the rear of the
monitor, with its supporting
wings pointing up, and the box
can be sealed. The monitor is
now held absolutely securely in
position in the box and is
protected.
