A stamped, corrugated cardboard part is wrapped around the packaged product and thereby independently forms all gaps between the inner walls of the box and the packaged product.
The plastic strap secures the stamped, corrugated cardboard part in this position without exerting pressure on the packaged product. With the bandpac system, strapping is carried out virtually tension-free. This enables the packaged product to be removed, by moving the strap to the side, without damaging parts of the packaging. The vital aspect is that the packaged product can be re-packaged in the same manner.

This packaging has been developed for flat devices such as, e.g. notebooks. Only a strap retains the so-called tensioning tabs and thereby secures the device in the centre of the box.

The inner packaging for a PC tower is shown here. This format shape has been developed for medium-heavy devices such as a PC. The entire device can be simply lifted out of the box using the handles.
