Inner packaging with a completely new design

ExpandOS is a pure paper product, inner packaging with a completely new design. It is based on a pre-punched, flat, endless sheet of cardboard.

At the packaging station, the punched sheets are used to form small, equilateral prisms. These ExpandOS prisms are easily dispensed and can be placed directly into the box. The prisms engage in each other and form a securing, protective cushion around the packaged material. It can be shipped with optimal protection. The packaging process only takes a few seconds.

ExpandOS has passed extensive tests according to UPS, DIN 22248 and ISTA 1A!
